Trade Order Information
Products are generally manufactured to order. The standard minimum order quantity is 100 units per design, unless different requirements are confirmed for a particular product or project.
Production usually takes approximately 30 days following final manufacturing approval. Final production schedules are confirmed separately for each order.
Current quotations are usually prepared on FOB terms from Istanbul, Ambarlı Port, unless otherwise agreed.
Product availability, specifications, pricing, sample options and delivery arrangements depend on the product type, production location and order requirements.
Sample Information
Samples are available for selected products, subject to product availability and production confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sample pricing is normally calculated at three times the quoted unit price. Courier and delivery charges are payable by the buyer.
Where a subsequent bulk order is confirmed, the sample cost may be credited against the order, as stated in the agreed quotation.
Lead times for custom, private-label or specially produced samples vary according to product and production requirements and are confirmed separately before proceeding.
All sample specifications, costs and delivery arrangements are confirmed in writing before payment and dispatch.
Payment Terms & Invoicing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, wholesale orders require a 30% deposit to confirm the order and commence production. The remaining 70% balance is payable before shipment.
Payments can be made by bank transfer in GBP, EUR or USD, as stated in the quotation and verified proforma invoice. Bank transfer charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
For orders manufactured and supplied by Volume Tekstil, the proforma and export invoices are issued by Volume Tekstil, and payment is made directly to the company account specified on the verified proforma invoice. Collumn coordinates the enquiry, quotation and order communication as the UK sales and supply partner.
Bank details are not published on this website. Payment instructions should be accepted only from a verified proforma invoice provided through the agreed business communication channel.
