Our Manufacturing Partner in Turkey

Volume Ev Tekstil Halı İnşaat İthalat İhracat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi is Collumn’s manufacturing partner in Esenyurt, Istanbul. With 25 years of home-textile experience, Volume Tekstil supports selected wholesale bath mat, rug and runner programmes for UK trade buyers.

Its product range includes tufted and jacquard cotton bath mats, washable bathroom rugs, digitally printed rugs and runners, together with selected private-label and custom-production options.

Products are generally manufactured to order. The standard minimum order quantity is 100 units per design, unless different requirements are confirmed for a particular product or project.

Production usually takes approximately 30 days following final manufacturing approval. Production schedules and completion dates are confirmed separately for each order.

Colours, patterns, shapes, sizes, packaging and labelling requirements can be reviewed according to the product, order quantity and technical feasibility.

Products are checked after production and before packing. Final product specifications, quality requirements and any customer-requested testing or documentation must be agreed before production.

Serbia Supply Access

Collumn can support selected trade supply enquiries through supply contacts in Serbia, subject to product availability, order quantity, commercial terms and delivery requirements.

The available supply route, product origin and fulfilment arrangements are reviewed and confirmed separately for each enquiry.

Export & Freight Coordination

Current trade quotations are usually prepared on FOB terms from Istanbul, Ambarlı Port, unless otherwise agreed.

Trade buyers may arrange their own freight forwarder where suitable for the order and agreed shipping terms. Palletising and packing requirements can be reviewed according to the product group, quantity and order requirements.

Technical specifications—including materials, grammage, pile height, backing type, dimensions, product weight, washing instructions and packing format—are confirmed for the relevant product before final quotation and order approval.
