4. Manufacturing and Supply Partners

Collumn works with a manufacturing partner in Turkey and may use selected supply contacts in Serbia. References to manufacturing access, supply access or production options do not mean that all products, services or specifications are available at all times.

All production, pricing, sample, MOQ, certification, packaging and delivery details must be confirmed before any order or commercial arrangement is agreed.

5. Quotations and Pricing

Any prices, estimated costs or quotations provided by Collumn are subject to confirmation and may depend on product specification, order quantity, production location, packaging requirements, delivery terms, currency changes and supplier confirmation.

A quotation does not create a binding contract unless it is accepted and confirmed in writing by both parties.

6. Samples

Sample options may be available for selected products. Sample availability, sample cost, delivery cost and delivery time must be confirmed before dispatch.

Receiving a sample does not guarantee future product availability, pricing or production terms.

7. Private Label and Custom Production

Private label and custom production options may include custom colours, sizes, designs, labels, packaging and digital print possibilities, depending on product type, production method, MOQ and technical requirements.

All private label or custom production enquiries must be reviewed and confirmed before production.

8. Orders and Agreements

No order is confirmed until the relevant commercial details have been agreed in writing. This may include product specification, quantity, pricing, payment terms, delivery terms, production lead time, sample approval and any required documents.

Any separate written agreement, proforma invoice, purchase order or commercial contract may apply in addition to these Terms of Use.
