SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Collumn currently operates this website as a trade enquiry and quotation website for wholesale bath mats, washable bathroom rugs, rugs, runners, digital print collections and private label home textile products.
This website is not currently operated as a direct retail checkout store. Delivery, export and shipping arrangements are confirmed separately for each trade enquiry, sample request or agreed order.
1. Trade Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry through the website does not create a confirmed order or delivery obligation.
Shipping and delivery options depend on product type, quantity, production location, packaging requirements, delivery address and agreed commercial terms.
2. Samples
Sample delivery may be available for selected products.
Sample availability, sample cost, delivery cost, courier method and estimated delivery time must be confirmed before dispatch.
3. Wholesale and Bulk Orders
Wholesale, bulk and trade orders may require separate delivery arrangements depending on order size, production location, packaging and destination.
Delivery costs and estimated lead times will be confirmed as part of the quotation or written order confirmation.
4. Production and Supply Locations
Products may be produced through our manufacturing partner in Turkey. Selected supply access in Serbia may also be considered depending on product type, availability, MOQ and order requirements.
Delivery times may vary depending on production or supply location, product specification, order quantity, export preparation and courier or freight arrangements.
5. Delivery Terms
Current quotations are usually based on FOB Istanbul, Ambarlı Port (Incoterms® 2020), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The applicable Incoterms® rule and exact named place or port will be stated in the quotation or written order confirmation. This will determine the allocation of delivery costs, transport responsibilities, customs formalities, duties, insurance and transfer of risk.
6. Export Documents
For confirmed trade orders, export or shipping documents may be required depending on the order and destination.
These may include commercial invoice, packing list, country of origin information, HS code details or other relevant documents, subject to confirmation from the manufacturing or logistics partner.
7. Estimated Delivery Times
Any delivery time provided by Collumn is an estimate unless confirmed otherwise in writing.
Delivery times may be affected by production lead time, sample approval, customs, courier availability, freight delays, holidays or circumstances outside our control.
8. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are not fixed on this website.
Shipping, courier, freight or export costs will be reviewed according to product type, order quantity, carton dimensions, delivery location and agreed delivery terms.
9. Tracking
Where tracking is available for samples or confirmed shipments, tracking details will be shared after dispatch.
Tracking availability depends on the courier, freight provider and shipment method used.
